Your sudden breakthroughs during last week’s full moon came with some deep release. That’s what I’m seeing now with my coaching clients, and (tbh) 💯 with myself.

The shedding required to become the new version of you (personally/professionally/spiritually) . . . commands a new level of vulnerability and honesty that you haven’t been capable of up until this point.

Congratulate yourself . . .and be gentle with yourself.

You are expanding from your core, not adding on layers to your outside.
This is sustainable, authentic growth that builds on itself.

When it hurts ... breathe deeply and transform that pain into ecstatic power.

Use and transform the energy ... don’t let it bury you.
Let it Resurrect You 🔆

Becoming besties with Jon Disatapundhu while he was Global Director of @neuehouse was one of the greatest perks of being a member! We created coaching events together in Venice, DTLA and Hollywood, and in the process became soulmate friends. 😇
